Our standard policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your delivery/collection date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of our products, a handling fee for returns may apply. Bespoke or made to order products may be excluded from this policy – contact sales@wfpuk.co.uk to discuss further.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a headed invoice or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your returns directly to the manufacturer as it will not be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, and we have notified you that a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, but have confirmation that it was being processed and more than 10 working days have passed, please contact us at accounts@wfpuk.co.uk

Exchanges

We are confident in our service, and will replace items where possible, if they are proven defective or damaged.

Shipping

Wessex Fluid Power are not responsible for shipping costs if you are returning your item by post. We accept over the counter returns for free.
Please note, shipping costs if paid with your order are non-refundable.
